Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanging or returning an order placed on peserico.com is easy and free of charge.

If you wish to return the item or make a change of size, you have 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.

Items must be returned in their original shipping condition, inside their packaging and complete with all tags attached.

Please use the utmost care and attention during the examination and subsequent testing of the items.

Clothing may have different fits depending on the model and the composition of the fabric, so the most suitable size for each person may vary from item to item. For this reason, we invite you to use the "Find your size" tool on our website, which will calculate the correct size using an algorithm that compares the data you provided with the fit of the specific clothing. In this way you will help minimise return shipments and preserve the environment.

Changes

You may request the change of size of an article you have ordered by filling in the form available at peserico.com/a/returns-and-exchanges.

You will be able to select a replacement size, for each item you order, from those that are available in the form.

Once the size change request has been completed by filling in the form available on the site, the relevant return label will be generated automatically.

The label with the adressee’s postal address, i.e. Peserico Logistics Ecommerce - via Mario Sbicego, 3 - 36073 Cornedo Vicentino VI (IT), shall be printed and applied on the outside of the package.

The previous shipping label must in any case be removed from the packaging before the item is returned.

The item must be returned by UPS courier: you can view a list of the nearest UPS collection points by consulting www.ups.com/dropoff.

If the size you are looking for is not available on the website, before making the return you can contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE using the contact form available at the following link https://it.peserico.com/pages/customer-care; the CUSTOMER SERVICE will check the actual availability in our warehouses and, if the requested size is available again, it will inform you of its availability so that you can complete the size exchange procedure.

In the event that the requested size should not be available even after the Product has been checked for availability in our warehouses, you may complete the return procedure described in the "Returns" section.

If, on the other hand, before making the return, the size you are looking for seems to be available on the website but, after a check at our warehouses, cannot actually be purchased, we will cancel the size exchange procedure and inform you of the relative cancellation. Also in this case, we will refund you the relative amount by means of the same method of payment used to purchase the item.

 

Once we receive the original item, we will check its condition and consider whether or not to accept the return. If we accept the return, we will ship the new order within approximately 5 days from the acceptance. If, however, the item is returned worn, stained or otherwise damaged, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the shipping address; in this case, you will not be refunded the amount paid for the damaged item.

Returns

If you wish to return an item and obtain a refund of the amount paid, you can make a return request online by filling out the form available at peserico.com/a/returns-and-exchanges.

Once the return request has been completed by filling in the form available on the site, the relevant label will be generated automatically.

Once we receive the item, we will check its condition and assess whether or not to accept the return. If we accept the return, the amount paid for the returned item will be reimbursed to you within 14 days from the acceptance of the return and to the same payment method used to purchase the item.

If the item was purchased by bank transfer, you will be contacted by our Customer Care, who will ask you for confirmation of the bank details to which the bank transfer should be made.

As soon as we have arranged the refund, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

If, however, the item is returned worn, stained or otherwise damaged, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the shipping address; in this case, you will not be refunded the amount paid for the damaged item.


Some important instructions regarding returns and changes of sizes:

Items being returned or changed must be sent back by the Customer in the same condition in which they were received and inside their original, perfectly sealed packaging; the item must also be accompanied by all tags, labels and documents present inside the packaging at the time the order was received by the customer.

Any items that are visibly used, stained, damaged or lacking the original tags and documents will not be accepted as returns or exchanges and will be returned to the customer without refund.

In addition to the item whose change or return is requested, all items contained within the original packaging at the time of delivery to the customer, as well as the packaging itself, must also be returned.

The item to be returned or changed must be shipped from the original country of receipt and in its original packaging, on which the label generated automatically after filling in the return or size exchange request form on peserico.com as described above must be applied.

The return or change of size request must be made within 14 calendar days from the day the order is received by the Customer.

For this reason, all return and change requests made after this time period will not be accepted.

Peserico is in no way responsible for any loss of the items in transit for return or size change. Without prejudice to the provisions on withdrawal, Peserico guarantees the Customer that the Products are in conformity with what is provided for in the Contract and that, in particular, the Products: comply with the description provided on its own e-Shop; conform to the intended use; possess the qualities of goods of the same type. In any case, Peserico does not guarantee that the pictures published on its own Site or on its own e-Shop are always perfectly corresponding to the Products purchased.

Non-significant differences between the description of the Products on the Site or in the e-Shop and the actual characteristics of the Products delivered to the Customer will not be considered as a cause of non-conformity of the Products.

The conformity guarantee for Products sold on the e-Shop is valid for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer.

In the event of conformity defects, the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005, Articles 128- 135-septies shall apply, limited to transactions subject to the aforesaid provisions. These provisions shall apply exclusively to consumers and shall not apply if the Customer has made the purchase for entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or otherwise professional purposes.

In the event that the Customer receives a Product with a conformity defect, the Customer shall notify Peserico of any defect or lack of conformity of the Product as soon as the alleged non-conformity is discovered, indicating it at the time of the request for return or size exchange. The Customer may, if possible, request the restoration of conformity by repair or replacement at no additional charge. If these options are not possible, the Customer shall be entitled to a corresponding reduction of the Price or to a refund of the Price.
