We kindly inform you that all orders received from Friday 11 August to Sunday 20 August will be processed starting from Monday 21 August.

Consequently, there could be some slowdowns in deliveries also in the following days.


All shipments and any returns are always free of charge.

Shipping service is standard UPS and the delivery takes 2 or 3 working days from the delivery of the Products to UPS by the Seller, in Italy and the European Union.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

When placing your order, we always recommend that you write your shipping address as completely as possible, so the courier will have no trouble finding your destination.

To track the shipping status of your order you can follow the UPS tracking code that will be sent to you via email or SMS (based on the contact information you entered during checkout) once the shipping label is created.

If you are absent during a delivery attempt at your address, UPS may deliver the package to a UPS Access Point location near your home, where the package will remain in storage awaiting pickup for 10 days. After 10 days, the package will be returned to the shipper as an undeliverable package.
