Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


All shipments and any returns are always free of charge.

Shipping service is standard UPS and the delivery takes 2 or 3 working days from the delivery of the Products to UPS by the Seller, in Italy and the European Union.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Italian national holidays.

When placing your order, we always recommend that you write your shipping address as completely as possible, so the courier will have no trouble finding your destination.

To track the shipping status of your order you can follow the UPS tracking code that will be sent to you via email or SMS (based on the contact information you entered during checkout) once the shipping label is created.

If you are absent during a delivery attempt at your address, UPS may deliver the package to a UPS Access Point location near your home, where the package will remain in storage awaiting pickup for 10 days. After 10 days, the package will be returned to the shipper as an undeliverable package.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Making an exchange or a return on an order placed on is easy and free!


If you wish to make a return due to a wrong size, you can request a size exchange by emailing us at If the desired size is available, we will confirm the size exchange at no additional cost. We also encourage you to use the 'Find Your Size' tool available on the product page to minimize return shipments and help protect the environment.


Whether it's a return or an exchange, here is how to prepare the return:

  1. Pack the items you wish to return, with the original tags, inside the box and be sure to seal it tightly.
  1. Apply the pre-printed label, which you will have received inside the package addressed to Peserico Logistics Ecommerce - via Mario Sbicego, 3 - 36073 Cornedo Vicentino VI (IT), to the outside of the box, carefully removing or covering the old shipping label.
  1. Bring and deliver the package to the nearest UPS Access Point.

The limit of days to make a return (starting from the day the order is received) is 14 calendar days.

All returns made beyond the allowed limit will not be accepted.

After receiving, evaluating and accepting the return at our logistics, the paid amount of the returned items will be refunded within 14 days.

The refund will be accredited to the same credit card used to pay for the order.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, you will be contacted by our Customer Care to request confirmation of the bank details on which to make the transfer.

Again, an automatic refund email will be sent as soon as it is made.

Some important notes regarding returns:

Items being returned must be in perfect condition and shipped with the original box tightly closed, with all original tags and paperwork inside.

All items that are visibly used, stained or damaged will not be accepted as returns, and will be sent back to the customer. The Company also cannot be in any way responsible for the loss of garments while in transit.

Where applicable, packaging, belts, authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories must also be returned. Returns must be shipped from the original country of receiving with the relevant document found inside.

If by mistake the return label is missing inside, please contact Customer Care who will send a label to be printed.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding point for withdrawal, Peserico warrants to the Buyer that the Products comply with the provisions of the Contract and that, in particular, the same: Comply with the description provided on the e-Shop; Are appropriate for the intended use; Possess the qualities of goods of the same type. In any case, there is no guarantee that the images posted on the Site or the e-Shop are always accurate. Non-significant differences between the description of the Products on the Site or the e-Shop and the actual characteristics resulting upon delivery will not be considered as a cause of nonconformity of the Products. The conformity warranty of the Products sold on the e-Shop shall be in force for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of receipt of the Products by the Buyer. In the event of defects of conformity, the rules set forth in Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206 of the Italian Law, from Articles 128- 135-septies, limited to transactions subject to the aforementioned discipline, will apply. They apply exclusively to consumers and may not operate if the Buyer has made the purchase for entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or otherwise professional purposes. In this regard, it is understood that in case a non-conforming Product is delivered, the Buyer may request the restoration of conformity, if possible, at no charge by means of replacement. Where such options are not possible, the Buyer shall be entitled to a corresponding reduction in the Price or a refund of the Price. The Purchaser shall notify Peserico of any defect or lack of conformity of the Products, within 2 (two months) from the date of discovery of the alleged discrepancy, following the procedures indicated for returns by filling in the appropriate form on the Site or by writing to

Subsequent to such notification the Buyer and Peserico shall make arrangements to collect the Products. It is understood, however, that the reception of the Products does not imply any recognition by the Seller of defects or faults being necessary accurate verification. An action aimed at asserting hidden defects shall, in any event, be time-barred within twenty-six months from delivery of the Product.
